Brydene, we recommend that this account be re- ferred back to Mr. Erydone for furth- er explanation, .Adopt Valuators' Report The matter of :confirming the -report as a basis of equalization was then considered in council. After discussion the following reso- lution was. made: • "Moved by Messrs. McEwan and Hayes that we adopt the valuators' report as presented and a byelaw be passed confirming same and making the figures contained therein the basis of equalization for county pur- poses for 1927." Moved in amendment by Messrs. Geiger and Merner that a committee be appointed of two sural and two ur- ban members to report at the Juno meeting re valuators' report. A stand- ing vote was taken, seventeen voting for the motion . and twelve for the amendment. The warden declared the motion married accepting the val- uators' report. Moved by Messrs. MelSibbon acid Cameron that a by-law re equalization assessments for county purposes be prepared and presented to the council. at :the Wednesday afternoon session. Carried. On motion of Messrs•.
