The School soncert on Friday night
was quite a success and ono of the
highest order. Great credit is due
to the teachers and pupils. Amongst
other fine selections' was a pageant
entitled "B•ritannia," in which a
large number took part, The Peek-
a-boo dance by the Junior room pu-
pils was also very pretty. There
were several choruses and a large
number of recitations. Reeve A. E.
Erwin was chairman, Miss Jones,
pianist. •
The members of L. 0. L No. 24
have arranged to celebrate •New
Year's Eve by having a progressive
euchre, box social and dance. -
The Trinity church Sunday school
concert is to be held in the town hall
on Friday, December 17th, -which
promises to be a good one.
