Paisley, who has been with a surveying party in Northern Ont- ario all summer, reports that he has enjoyed the summer very much, but he is ready now to leave the wilds, asit is getting damp and cold. Mr. Paisley will have to be in Toronto by the 28th to register at the University and may spend a day or so at home in towna before settling down for the fall term, Mr. George A. C. Jones, who has% been residing in Clinton- for, several months past, leaves next week for London, Ontario, where he joins the staff of the C. S. Hlyrnan Co., as ex- port representative. There were twelve teams present, the finals going to Clinton in both boys andgirls teams. The games were: Girls--Londesboro' and Brucefield; Clinton and 'Ashfield: Clinton, and Brucefield playing the Mals . Boys—Londesboro and Ash- field; Seaforth and 'Clinton; Blyth land Brucefield; Auburn and Brussels. In -the .semi-finals .Brusselsnd Blyth played and Londesboro and\ Clinton. The final game was Clinton and Blyth. Supper was served to the players in the'basement of the q'ommunity Hall after the games were over, ' Rally Day Service will be held in the Londesboro United churtch on Sun day next, the Sunday school having charge of the morning service.
