ed in a body and carried . out their
beautiful burial service at the grave
Side in Baird's cemetery. The many
beautiful floral tributes showed the
high esteem • in which he was held.
He leaves to mourn the' loss of a lov-
ing husband and father his widow and
two daughters, Mrs. Gowers of St.'
Catharines and Miss Mabel at home,
also his sisters, Mrs. Annie Hutch-
ings of Goderieh township , Mrs.
Freeland of Toronto and brother,
John, of Varna, who were present.
His sisters, Mrs. Treat of Chicago
and Mrs. Bayers of Kansas City and
brothers, Dr. Charles of Chicago, Al-
fred and Arthur; of Sask., were un-
abie to attend. The deep and heart-,
felt sympathy of. the cormnunity is'
extended to the family in this their
1 hour of sorrow. "
