Mr's, Connell, age 96, is seriously ill at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Win. Carter of the 8th concession; having had a stroke on Thursday last, The concert given by the young people's groups of the Londeaboro United church in the Community hall an Friday last was a splendid success. 'The outstanding features of the pto gram were a two -act comedy, `The Misses Pringles' Leap Year," a play- let "Away Down East," a stunt, "An Evening at Home," and a burlesque on "Why we Never Married." There were also choruses, monologues, solos and instrumentals. Everyone present reports having had an enjoyable ev- ening. (From Another Corespondent) Dir. T.
