SLY-LAW'RASON
A nniet wedding took place in
Stapleton on October the 15th,, when
• Norman Sly and Mrs.' Nora Lawrason
were united in marriage, Rev. A. E.
Doan officiating. The ceremony took
place at the home of the bride. Im-
mediately afterwards Mr. and Mrs.
Sly left for Toronto and points east.
On their return they will continue for
a time to reside, in Stapleton.

ter of the late William Jones, who
was for many years a resident of
Ciinten. '
Miss Winnie MVIeMath returned Mon-
day from a -trip west. She spent the
summer at Jasper Park, then went
on to visit relatives in`Vauiouver,
B, C., stopping off at Calgary on
her way horn to visit Mrs. Bouskill,
nee Wallis, and, also at
Burwas'ii to visit her sister, Miss
Marjorie, ,and Miss Linnie Nediger;
who are teaching there.
