If we advertise cheapnessalone in
inviting you to buy we feel we are
grasping at a shadow encs inciting
you to do the same. If we talk qual-
ity alone we feel some will -judge ns
high priced as: trying to be exclusive..
Cheapness doesn't meanmerely little
money -=it means exceptional value
for your money, With this idea h;
mind we introduce an.excellent -value
.
in what we are pleased to call a Daf-
fodil Pad and Envelope Set. A set'.
consists of a pad, containing. 100
sheets and• two packages (50) of en
velopes. It is excellent value, safely
a 50cvalue 'and aur price is 39c a set,
When a better or even equal value is
made we hope to be .fortunate enough
to procure it so you will bo'fortunate-
enough to have the opportunity to
buy it,
In as 'far as the 'above words
will apply we request that you adapt,
then' to a Cup and Saucer -modern
in shape, good white with a gold band;
high glaze smooth finish. We 'have
asked a few knowing ,ones' to "guess'
the price" and have had them ser-
iously valued
er-iously.valued as, high as 5-5e and nev-
er less than 25e. -Surmise their aston-,
ishment whenwe quoted 15e.
The two specials extolled above and•
our attempt to contrast cheapness
and quality, both of which are . com-
bined in the Pad and Envelope Set. and
the Cup and Saucer are in keeping
with our repeated claim to be often
