THE FAIR IS ON The Hospital Fair is on, opening in 'the town hall yestel'day. Up- stairs is the antique show: where many things of interestare nn display 'furniture; elething,'chinawate,' turet, books, guns, fosse's,' etc., a. visit to this department is well worth while. The several booths are presided over' by members of the board, many of them being in costume. The tic. kets for the drawing will admit yeti to the Antique show, DEATH OF CHURCHMAN News of the sudden death of Archbishop Williams, head of the Diocese of Huron and Metropolitan of Ontario, 'came as a shock to his friends througitout the diocese on Wednesday of Last weejs.
