After a brief illness, there pas-
sed away at her late home, Town
Line, West of Kippen, one of the
honored residents of this district in
the person of Mrs. Henry Ivison.
Mrs. Ivison, who was in 'her 71st
year, was born at Kippen, the daugh-
ter of the late Robert and Jane Mel-
lis,
For a number of years prior to
her marriage to ?,fr, Ivison, she ren-
dered most efficient service in the
Kippen Post Office.
From her early youth, first in
connection with the former M'etlto-
dist Church and later in the United
Church of Canada, she rentlered
faithful, self-denying, nonsecrated
service.
The funeral services at her late
home, church and grave were con-
ducted by her pastor, Rev. R. B. Con-
ner, B.A. Tenderly she was laid to
