RETIRES AFTER LONG SERVICE

Richard A. Mitchell, General Agent
of the Canadian National Express
Company, Toronto, retired from ac-
tive service on Saturday, after a
career of 48. years with the com-
pany,
Officers from Montreal, including

ronto and other Ontario point gath-
ered on Saturday night to felicitate
him. Their esteem was shown by
the presentation of a batteryless
radio set and an illuminated address
to M. . Mitchell, cheli, and a fitted tiaveI-
