Trewar- tha read a leter from Miss Mustard of Gypsumville, at work among our New Canadians. Mas. W'.. Yeo's subject was "Temperance," and Mrs. Herbert gave a reading entitled "'Wavelets of Influence." The busi- ness of the meeting was then taken up. It was decided that the W.M.S. have the service on Easter Sunday. Also a committee was appointed to arrange for the Easter monthly meeting, and Mrs. Herbert gave the topic of the day, "The Stewardship of Life," which was very inspiring, The Ladies' Aid met at the close of the W. M. 5. with the president in the chair. It was decided to un- dertake the quilting of a number -of quilts. Also the members were di- vided into groups for a contest. Refreshments were served at the close of the meeting, with Mrs. E. Yoe 'and Mrs. A. Jervis as hosteses.
