On Sunday Sacrament of the Lord's
Supper was dispensed and one new
member taken in, also one baptism.
A very good congregation was pre-
sent.
24th of May callers at Mr. and
Mrs. J. S. Locichart's were Mr. and
Mrs. Houghton; Mr, and Mrs. Burn-
side and Mr. and Mrs. Miller and
son of Bradford.
On Thursday evening at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Pocock, a reception
was held in honor of Mr. and Mrs.
Thos. East, recently married. Some
beautiful and useful gifts were re-
ceived and a pleasant time spent.
Sorry to report very little improve-
ment in the condition of Mrs. Per-
due, Sr. Her many friends symv
pathize with her in her illness,
Mrs. R. E. Rowden and Muriel of
Holinesvilie spent the week -end with
Mrs. Rowden's parents, Mr. and Mrs.
