Whereas the original survey of the Township of Stanley provides for an allowance for a road between lots eight and nine in the Bayfield Road, North, in the said Township. And whereas such Reed Allowance has never been opened for use by the public. And whereas the land designated for such Road Allowance. is not suit- able for highway purposes and it has been deemed advisable to close such Road Allowance and offer the land for sale. Therefore the said Municipal Council of the Township of Stanley pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act enacts as follows: 1.
