Mr. Mogk's wife was for- -merely or--merely Annie Yungblutt of Auburn. Mr. Stewart Xing of Toronto spent the week end -with his father Russel dings Mrs. heist. J. A solo was rendere by Miss- Amelia McIlwain and pray- er was offered by Rev. H. Snell. A duet was rendered by Mrs. McKnight and Mrs. E. Raithby. The topic was -ably,given by Mrs. Harold Snell who chose' as her subject "Where hove is There is God".' The offering wall received by Garth McKnight, Mrs. ,MMMeKnight thanked all who,,had taken part and closed' the meting -with prayer. • World Day of Prayer A large congregation of women representing all the denominations was ,present at the World Day of ' Prayer observance held this :year in the Baptist Church on Fridax after- noon, with Mrs. Earl Raithby - charge of the service.
