Clinton News-Record, 1949-11-17, Page 8PAGEEIGHT BADMINTON `CLUB TOURNEY NEXT TUESDAY Boasting close to 40 •members, the' largest number. in "its history, :Clinton Badminton Club is en-' joying a very active season, with play taking place Tuesday end Thursday evenings of each week on the two courts in the Town Hall. A general meeting of the Club wtvas held Tuesday evening, when it was decided e d t o hold a series of "round robin" tournaments during the playing season. The first of these will take place Tuesday evening next, November, 22, with the draw at 7.30 Only in the draw, so members are ask - those on hand will be included ed to come early.
