Accused of theft of 31,000 from his father, Bob Kent leaves home, but, as Yimmie Yonson, a Swede, complete with wig and ell, comes back and frightens his family no end, 'although recognized as Bob only by the dog. In the end, the real thief turnsout to be Frank, the clerk, who is "in cahoots" with Sylvia, the niece. It also develops that Belle, the adopted deughta:r, previously had married Bob prior to his depart- ure, but Belle does not recognize him in his new character of Yin) mie Monson. Finally, Pal, a de- tective from the city, appears on the scene and discovers the real thief while the latter. is trying to steal more money from Mr. Kent, In the meantime; Pal and Kittie fall in love and decide to get married in two years; and.
