MARYS Making their second appearance at home this year on Monday evening Clinton Colts had their hands full to pull out with a last -inning 7-6 victory over St. Marys in a Huron -Perth Baseball League Intermediate tilt. The locals spotted the visitors four runs in the first half of the initial frame, but gradually cut down the lead and went ahead by one run in the third. St. Marys got twosoft ones in the fourth, however. It remained for Draper's field- er's choice in the last of the seventh to send Harry McEwen home with the winning counter after Clarence Neilans had ad- vanced himwith a safe hit. This game was a thriller from start to finish. Bloor started the pitching for Londesbaro but was relieved at the end of the second inning by Carter. Lee of Lon- desboro got the only home run of the game.
