In electing him their new President, the Lion delegates elevated Nutter from the office HAROLD P. NUTTER of International First Vice-presi- dent, in which office he had serv- ed during the 1950-51 fiscal year. He had previously served also as Second Vice-president and as Third Vice-president. From 1943 to 1945—and again from 1946 to 1948—he was a Director of Lions International. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Lions Board. of Governors in 1942-43. Presi'• dent Nutter has also just complet- ed a year of service as the U.S. member, and Vice-Ohairman, of the Lions Board of International Relations. Lion Nutter has also served his own Lions Club at Camden in many capacities, including Presi- dent, Vice-president and Director, Also, he served as Deputy Dist- rict Governor and District Gover- nor of the Lions Clubs of the entire state of New Jersey.
