During the even- ing the degree team of Clinton Lodge, under ',the capable cape taincy of Mrs. W. M. Nedigee, conferred the degree in a very fine manner on six candidates from Clinton, and one from Exe- ter. These candidates were Mrs. Jean Kyle, Mrs. Stewert Moodie, Mrs. Charles Wilson, Mrs. William Inkley, Mrs. Cale Doucette and Benson Sutter, Clinton, and Har- vey Sperling, from Pride of Huron Lodge, Exeter. During the evening,, several items of business were discussed, including final arrangements for the dance which is being held in Clinton District Collegiate Audit- orium on Friday evening, An unique feature of the even- ing was the presentation of a Rebekah pal .to one of the new members, Mrs. Inkley, by her aunt, Mrs, H.
