CAF "C" Team
Defeats Bayfield
(By F/S G.U. Jackson)
Dispaying exeelent "forms,"
SI • girls of the RCAF "C" bad=
minton team, ably assisted by
heir hale partners, turned in a
-3 victory over Bayfield on
Monday evening.
There were some very closely
ontested matches, but £ortunat-
ly our team seemed to eke out
ie necessary wins on ihr. close
nes.
This was the last snatch of the
srst half of the season and leaves
xe RCAF team firmly establish -
in third position.
The standard of ploy in the
C" league has been constantly
mproving since the first of the
eason and should result in some
exy fine matches when the sec-
nd half of the schedule opens
Iter New Year's.
This is the first year in which
C" ,teams have operated, and
he experiment has proved to be
ely successful. It should result
some able repacements for the
various "B" teams when the
eed arises.
