Present site of Fred, 0. Ford's" building was
built by Jacob Taylor 41 years ago. It was rented
by Ford and McLeod—James A. Ford and Angus
McLeod. •
In 1919 .Fred 0. Ford returned .from overseas
and bought our Angus 1VIcLeod's interest and for
the past 15 years the business has been operated
by .Fred 0. Ford.
The original business was a Flour and Feed
store, but in time it has changed to a Seed and
Grain business today. :Besides serving farmers in
the locality, it handles grain from farmers, as far
as Owen . Souutd and Southampton. The north trade
requiring better service, •caused us . to open another
elevator at Kincardine. This elevator will serve
farmers from Owen Sound to Kintail.
