resident, died Jan. 1 a this home.
For the past two years he had

GODERICH — Mrs. William
Gauley, '66; died Jan. '2 'in' Alex-
andra Hospital after a long ill-
ness. The former Jessie Wilson,
she' was born at Port Albert,
daughter of the late Thomas and
Louise Wilson, and lived here
for the past 35 years.

Court House, Goderich,, commencing
Tuesday, January 17
at 2.00 P.M.

Hensall Couple Mark. Golden Wedding
MR. AND MRS; FRED SMAI,LACOIVIBE, highly. esteemed
residents of Hensall, celebrated their'golden wedding anniversary
at their home on 'December 21, 1949. ,They were married in
Hensall by the late Rev. J, S. Henderson in 1899. Mr. Smalla-
combo, 78, is the oldest resident of Hensall in'time of residence;
he came there from Exeter in 1873. Mrs. Smafliaoombe moved
to Hensall from Goderich when 12,yeais of age.
