Hensall Council Pays For Band Remembrance Day Hensall village council meeting on Monday evening in the council chamber, agreed to defray the cost of the Bannockburn Pipe Band playing at the Remembrance Day service, so that the Legion could avoid taking up a collection at the .service. Council will open up a special bank account in the name of the village for the $2,372 raised by sale of tickets on the trailer don- ated by General Coach. Permission was given O. L. K our' Hensall correspondent) ( yn Remembrance Day services were observed in Hensall on Fri- day with a parade' which ineluded members of Legion Branch 468, Legion Ladies' 'Auxiliary, ` Girl Guide Association, Scouts and, Cubs, headed by the Bannockburn Pipe 1 Band from Varna.
