Manning gave a short talk on the recent temperance conclave held in Goderich with reference to its financial needs. It was decided to assist this worthy project. The meeting was planned and prepared by Mrs. A. L. Bodges and Mrs. Lorne Jervis and at this point Mrs. Rodges took charge and con- ducted the program. The Scripture lesson was read by Mrs. M. Steep.
