Stan- ley, Clinton,' exchanged vows and rings with Richard Andrew Dohme son of Mr, and Mrs. A. C. Dohme, Dayton, Ohio. Pastor ; Zimmann officiated, before the altar .which was decorated' with 'baskets of white flowers, candelabra and palms, The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor -length. gown of Chantilly lace combined with tulle over satin. The sculp- tured bodice featured a portrait neckline. enhanced by irredescents embroidered to the scalloped cuff. Long lace sleeves tapered to bridal points over the- hands, The tulle skirts were gathered to the fitted waistline and ornamented by ir- ridescents embroidered applique. Her two-tiered veil of French im- ported illusion was caught to a pillbox of lace and outlined with seed pearls and irridescents. ' The bride carried a white orchid on a white Bible, set in seed pearls, with lily -of -the -valley. • Her attendants wore matching ballerina -length . gowns of ruby crystalette, The bodices were styled with halter necklines; spencer jackets•were tied with bows at the bosom, The skirts were attached to the waistline in soft folds; matching headpieces of spring flowers were combined with ruby crystalette and fashioned derni-bonnets, They carried Colon - al bouquets of white' baby 'mums. The groom's mother received in navy blue lace with powder blue accessories and wore a pink' orchid. The bride'smother received in avy blue with pink accessories, nd wore a pink orchid. Her matron of honour was her unt, Mrs. Helen Sheeler (sister of the bride's mother), and her twc bridesmaids were Janet chenck and Janet McDaniels. The groomsman was Thomas F. chenck, brother-in-law of the room. The ushers, all dressed in white dinner jackets, black trousers, aroon, ties and boutonnaires, ere Robert J. Sheeler, Robert frietzer, Wayne Sutton, all of ayton, Ohio and O. J. Stanley, uncle of the bride, from Clinton, The reception was in the church auditorium immediately following the ceremony. Carter, who wore' a dress of aqua blue with pink ac- cessories, Both wore corsages of blue and pink carnations, Later the happy couple left un- der showers of confetti and con- gratulations for a trip in Northern Ontario. The beide wore a rose tailored suit with .pavy hat and accessories and corsage of white carnations. The bride has been kindergarten teacher at Lady Beck school in London and the groom principal of Innerkip public school. On their return they will reside in Wood- stock where both are enrolled as members of the teaching staff for the coming year. Guests were present from Woodstock, Sarnia, London, Windsor and Ghillie. ' Trousseau Tea Mrs, Wilber Keyes entertained a+: a trousseau tea on Monday evening of last week in honour of her daughter Ruth Dorene. Re- ceiving at the door, Ruth And her mother were assisted by Mrs. 11. Carter, Innerkip. Mrs. J. A. Car- ter, Innerkip, and Mrs. Fred Mul- holland, Holmesville, poured tea at a beautifully decorated table in pink and white, centred with a bowl of colored snapdragons.
