his son-in•law, Mr. Noble Harrigan, of
Bervie• Mr. Colwell had reached the
age of 86 years and was one of the old
pioneers of Kincardine township. He
first saw the light of day in Nova
Scotia, and when buta lad he moved
with his parents to °Hilton where be
remained until he reached manhood.
From Clinton he moved to Kincardine
Tp. where for sixty years he has re-
sided. fir. Colwell had been ailing
for several years from what physicians
could do very little for him, hence his
death was nut unexpected Mrs. Col•
well predeceased him some nine Teets
ago. Of ,family-of'thirteen children,
eleven survive ' -They are: John, of
Winnipeg.; kliward,of Manton, Alta;
Samuel. of Winnipeg ; Mrs, James Mc-
Gregor, of Winuipeg ; Mrs, - NobleHarrigan, of Bervie ,• Albert. of the B.
