PREVENTION OF
0IslaBERCMOSIS,
'The Canadian Association for the
Peevenlion el. Tuberculosis is do-
ing a work that deserves encour-
agement. !This thought le brought
more directly to tunes attention by
the eles-enth roma:a report; which
Jas been published within the past
few days, The report contains
particulars of the amnia' meeting
held in London, Dente in May last.
It 'includes, besulea the routine
matters, the many exaellent ad-
dresses delivered on the ore:Amon.
which in themselves are an
in a force. 'They :;,how a lo e among,
Inen for fellow -men more 155 -

to the belief that 01 are not strug-

am! contribete of ' their means in
providing the forces to fight the
great white plague, are to bo ad-
mired and command 01 the eneour-
aaement it, it jaissible to give.
Their work 152 one of the great
inovementa of the preiseet day, and,
taking this eleventh annual, report
as evidence, it is steadily 'expand-
ing, a fact that ,should be, and, we
aelieve is, generally gratifying.
