Seaforth, July 17.- The Dominion Bank in this town was the scene of a sad shooting accident hest Wednesday night by which Mr. A. L. Mertens, teller in the hank, lies seriously wov.nded by a revolver shot discharged by one of his fellow -clerks in the bank. It appears that Mertens entered the bank shortly after 11 o'clock and had occassion to go to the basement for some drinking water.
