Is there ary subsequent amendment affecting the matter? Ans.-There are several amendments to the Liquor License Act passed in 1012. One authorize: the license in- spector to inspect any hotel situated in any municipality or locality sated to report to the board. another amend. went says the Lieutenant•Governoi• may declare by proclamation that no liquor shall be sold or kept tor sale within the limits of any district where public works are being constructed. Another says that the proclamation may prohibit any unlicensed person from having in his possession any liq- uor whatever; but this, provi, ion is not to npply to chemists and druggists.
