The May meeting of 'the Presbytery
of Huron was held in Willis church,
Clinton, on Tuesday.' The meeting
was well attended, only ono minister
in the Presbytery being absent.
There was also i) good turnout of
elders' .front the different -congrega-
tions.
The morning .session was given up
to the transaction of routine busi-
ness, the ;receiving of reports, dis-
cussion of the bmlget, 'etc, 618,000
is Huron Presby=tery's share of the
budget assessment for this year.
The afternoon session . was "Elven
over to a conferee= on the subject
of "Country Sociology." There were
several very interesting addresses
