RESPECTING MILITARY SERVICE Whereas by section ten of the Mili- tia Act, chapter forty-one of the Re- vised Statutes of Canada, 1900, it is enacted as follows:— "AU the made inhabitants of Canada of the age of eighteen years and up- wards, and under sixty, not exempt or disqualified by law, and being British subjects, shall he liable• to service in the Militia: Provided that the Gover- nor-General may require ail the male Inhabitants of Canada, capable of bear- ing arms, to serve in the case of a levee en masse."
