Lobb-IIendersou Wedding -A very
quiet but pretty welding was solemnized
at "Atherton Farm" the home o' Reeve

March rendered by Misses Joy and
Vera, sisters of the bride, the bride,
gowned in white silk crepe trimmed
with radium Iace and carryieg a 'shower
bouquet of white roses and lily of the
valley, was given away by her father,
under an arch of evergreens and white
satin. She wore the conventional bridal
viel caught up with orange blossoms
sent to the bride direct from California,
Miss Olive, sister of the bride, wearing
a gown of pule sill: crepe, acted as
bridesmaid, while the groom was sup
ported by his brother, Horace, of Paris
While the happy young couple were re-
ceiving congratulations of their friends
Hiss Joy played the Bridal Chorus, and
during the sigmng.of the register Miss
Luella sang "Because" and Miss Vera
rendered "All Mine Alone," The wed
ding party repaired to the spacious din-
ing hall, tastely decorated in Valentine
effect. At the conclusion of the dinner
the Rev. Sinclair, as roaster of cere-
monies, proposed the toast to the bride,
which was responded to by the bride's
father, the groom's father and the groom.
The happy couple left on the early
train for Brantford, Niagara Falls and
other points. The bride's travailing suit
was of navy serge and hat to match.
Mr. and Mrs. Henderson will shortly
depart for their new home in Raddison,
Saskatchewan.
Death of Mrs. James Graham -The
last member of one of the old families
who came to Canada in the early thirties
from the Emerald Isle departed this. life
on Wednesday of last week in the person
of Jane Whitely, widow of the late James
'Graham, of Sheppardton. •Ivirs. (Graham'
had reached the good'old age of 87 years
and two months and came of long lived

The deceased was about . twelve years
of age when thefamily
came to Canada:

Mr, -Graham and a family of tour sons
and five daughters were born to them,
ee.v,,en of whom are living. The sons
were as follows : James (deceased) Wil-
liam, John B. and Nelson, and the
daughters; Lizzie (deceased) Jane (Mrs,
McNee, of town), Emma, (Mrs. J. Ai
Thompson, of Winnipeg,Manitoba,)Annie
(Mrs John Elliott, of Forget, Sask) and
Ada (Mrs Dr Campbell, Boissevain,
Man.) The four surviving boys are all
living Sheppardton. She ardton. The deceased
made her home at Sheppardton until
some seventeen years ago; when she
went to live with her daughter, Mrs. Mc
Nee, at Nile, and since that time site had
spent most of her time at the home ofMr,
and Mrs• McNee, moving with them to
Goderich a couple of years ago. She suff-
ered a stroke last spring and was confined
to her room practically ever since. She
spent the summer at Sheppardton and
was brought to Goderich again last fall.
Mrs. Graham was of a cheerful, sweet
disposition, devoting herself to her
household duties and her fancily, the
members of which may well call her
blessed. She was a faithful member of
the Methodist church from childhood
and had her share in contributing to the
building of the church at Sheppardton,
She had been failing for a few clays be•
for her death and passed peacefully,
away without apparent suGering. Her
husband predeceased her by twenty six
years, Her brothers and sisters, who
all predeceased ler, the fast one pass-
ing away seventeen years ago, were as

being conducted by Rev. J. E. ford,
and the pall bearers were thee three
sons, William, Joint and Nelson,' two
nephews, Thomas Doherty, of Shep
pardtpn and John Sturdy, of town,
and Alex McNee (Mr. McNee's brother,)
