Death of Jemima Beacom After an extended illness of over 3 months Miss Jentinta Beacon passed away on Wednesday afternnon last at the home of her sister, Mrs, Lowrie, Rattenbury Street, at the age of 88 years. She had lived with her sister Mrs. Lowrie practically all her life and had spent the greatest part of her life on the 1611 Concession of Goderich Township, where she lived for over 50 years. She resided in Clinton for 6 years prior to her death on Wednesday afternoon last. She did not suffer any very severe illness but gradually grew weaker day by, day till she died. She is survived by two sisters and two brothers:—Mrs. A1. Watkins, of Clin- ton; Airs, Lowrie, of Clinton, Mr. Christopher Beacons, of Summerhill. and Robert Beacom, of Marquet, Mich. She had always been a member of St. Paul's Church, Clinton, and the funeral services at the house and grave were conducted by the Pastor, Rev. S. E. hlcKegney, on Friday afternoon last.
