Green to Mr. T. Clayton Prouty of Exeter. The young couple were unattended and the ceremony was performed by the Rev. E. L., Anderson, pastor of the Methodist church. The bride lookeu'very pretty, in Tier wedding gown of white silk with tatted lace trimming and wearing the groom's gift, a gold wishbone broach set with pearls. After the ceremony the bridal par- ty motored to the home of the bride's sister, that of Mr. and Mrs, D. N. Welsh, where the wedding feast was served, and motored the same evening to their own home near Exeter. Amongst the guests at the wedding Were Mr. Cliff, and Miss Hazel Prouty, brother and sister of the groom, and Mrs. Glen or Clinton. Congratulations and good wishes follow Mr. and. Mrs. Prouty -to their new home, , Hohnesville Mr. Leslie Jervis took in the ex- cursion to Detroit Iast week, also Mr, Wm, Bedour. Mrs. Draper and Mrs. Gibson of Detroit came over on the Greyhound excursion and visited their parents, Mr: and Mrs, Wm. Mulholland. Mr. McMichael was down in Heidi/nand county last year and gave such good satisfaction that he is going again, Fie is a pretty good judge of a horse.
