Friends of Mr, and Mrs. Edward
Castle, 27. Perth Street, Stratford, and
formerly' of Clinton, will be sorry to
learn of the death on Tuesday of last
week of their infant daughter. Audrey
aged five and a half months. ,The fun
eral took place on Wednesday afternoon
from the family residence, to Avondale
cemetery, the services at the home be
ing conducted' by Rev. Mr, Holnles, 0
Trinity Methodist church. Among the
floral tributes was a wreath from the
neighbors, a spray from Mr. and Mrs.
Hazelwood, of Guelph, spray from the
Ladies' Aid, Central Methodist church,
spray from Mr. J. Bryant, a wreath
from Mr. and Mrs. J.• Sutherland, spray
from Mr. and Mrs. Amsbury, spray from
Mr. and Mrs, G. Portel, and wreath from
mother and ,father.

the piano recital by three pupils of Mrs.

Miss Cleta Ford, elk) a Clintonian, was
one of the artists taking part: -Mrs,
Nello McHardy-Smith, who has recently
loaned the teaching staff of the Toronto
COnservatory of Music presented three
of her piano pupils In a recital 011Wed-
nesday evening. The young ladies giv-
ing the program (all talents of a high
order) were:Misses Iva Smith, Clete
Pord and Madeline Simson'aed through-
out their playing there was displayed
careful teachhig, much; technical facil-
