On Tuesday Evening Clinton Juniors won from Stratford here by a score of 12--8 in a game that composed of walks, hits errors and good and bad ball, Stratford got away with 3 runs In the first innings by three walks one error and 1 hit. They got another run in the second and i in the 6th, in the uinth,innings they secured 3 runs when the Clinton boys played safe on throws owing to the darkness. Fred McTagg- art had 8 strikeouts and walked 5 and had 4 hits market up against hila. John ston who pitched 5 innings had 3 strikeouts walked 2 and was landed on for 14 hits. He also hit a player.
