of 1919 whereby the Lieutenant -gover-
nor of Ontario was authorized by pro-
clamation to form districts of two or
more counties. On June 14, this year
an order -in -council was passed request-
ing the •lieutenant -governor to issue a
proclamation forming certain districts.
