When Flossie Makins . of Clinton, daughter of the late Mr. and, Mrs. Wm. Makins, became the bride of Mr. Elmer J. Webster eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Rtibt. Webster of Varna. Rev. R. Fulton Irwin officiated. The members of the groom's immediate family were present at the ceremony. The charming bride looked very sweet in a smart navy blue tricotine traveling suit and immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Webster left, on the afternoon train for •,a honeymoon trip to Toronto. They will short! take up housekeeping' on the fine `farm adjoining that of the groom's father on the Bayfield Road.
