Snowdon, who took the morning serivee in•Wesleychurch', on Sunday in the absence of .the pastor at conference, celebrates this year . the fifty-first 'anniversary of his entry into- the alis ist y. Mr.'. Snowdon did' much pioneer work dur- ing the early days of his mipistry, travelling large circuits, preaching three times each Sunday, and doing pastoral work : over large areas of country.. FUNERAL OF MRS. TEDFORD • The funeral of the late Mrs. John Tedford, whose death ocem'red at En- derby, 13. C., took place from the home of Mr, A„ Brown, the Huron road, Clinton, on Thursday afternoon last to Clinton. cemetery, The late Mrs. Tedford was a nat- ive ofthis district, being a dau- ghter of the late Williarii I{iltin,_ of the Base Line.
