St. John's Guild
The Ladies'. Guild of St. John's
Church met last Tuesday afternoon
in the school room. Mrs. George
Davis, the president was in the
chair. Rev, 1'.'Waltts said the open-
ing prayers and, read the Scripture
Lesson. It was decided to judge
the aprons at the next meeting.
Plans were made for entertaininn
ladies 01 the Walton 'Guild in the
near future, '4t was moved that a
letter et apprediatiom 'be sent to
'Mrs. W. L. MCCutcbeon of Berwick,
Pa., for the beautiful gift of chalice
veils whidh she'has presented to the
ohunch in memory of her father, the
late Thomas Clatlt. The rest of
