few important tips:
Use your vacuum gleaner once
:a day on traveled areas; give the
rug a complete vacuuming once
a week without fall in any case:..
Daily vaeuuming is better for any
floor -covering, as a matter of fact.
Sweeping usually drives more
dirt into the rug than it takes out.
Vaouum a rug is, the ddreotion o'p

To Reduce:
Eat Six
Meals Daily
Hunger Pangs Don't Become
Gnawing, But Stomach Soon
Shrinks in Size and Demands
Less Food
The way to reduce is to eatsix
meals a day.
This was explained bo the Ameri-
can College of Ph2vslciana last week
by Dr. Joseph C. Aub -of Boston,
during a panel -discussion of the
sad plight of the. obese person who
is given a reducing diet, butstill
stays fat. The six meals, Dr. Aub
Said, "is a neat trick and usually
*mks,"
SAME DIET SPREAD OVER
'The same reducing diet is given,
but -spread over six meads. In eating
so often, the huner pangs db sot
get a chance tb become really
gnawing. 'Furthermore, this makes
it easier for the overweight person
be reeist temptation,
This, honvever, is only tht begin-
nug of the benefits, After about
a week the stomachs of dieting per-
sons shrink a little. Due to the
smaller sie, the stomachs demand
less food and appetite actually
drop a little,
"To add weight," he said, "I gins
three meals' a day."
