Several are 0,aok from their winter sojourn to the south, 'Spring must be on its way! It is probable, of course, that the crows we have here now, were only a few hundred miles south. Many stay in the Niagara River Gorge in December, January and February, and then go back to their summer haitat. Secondly, have you seen a fox this year? K * * * * • s x * * Obituary * * * * 5 * * * * * Dr. James West Hingston' Funeral services for Dr, James West Hingston were held Wednes- day, Jan. 31st, at 2:.30 p.m. in the chapel at 415 West 63rd street, Dr. Hingston, • a homeopathic physician and surgeon, for 58 years, lived at 9525 Bisdmop street. He died Sunday, January 28th in West ,Suburban hospital at the age of 82 years. He was president of the Regular Homeopathic Medical Society of Chicago and a member of the Am- erican Institute of Homeopathy, Illinois. State, and Chicago Homeo- pathic Medical societies. He was graduated in 1882 from the Hdhne- mann Medical college of Chicago. He leaves his widow, Joan, and three sons, Wilford and Alan of Chicago, and Richard, Mobile, Ala.
