THOROUGHLY ENJOYED
The Public school held their
Christmas ' Concert on Thursday
evening, ,The pupils of the primary
• room opened the concert with the
singing of "0 Canada"chorus with
rhythm band with Doreen Long con-
ducting. welcofe exercise by Grade
1 ,followed by chorus; "A Visit to
Grandma' by Grade 2, Edwin Kerr,
Jack Coleman, Kenneth Wood, Don -
aid Maley, Glen Jardine; dust, Jean-
ette Gemmel and . Ian Matheson;
recitation, Medelon 'Ryan; chorus;
tap dance, Doreen Long; rhythm
band finale; "What Happened to
Santa?' The concert closed with
a "Christmas play which was much
enjoyed'. The musical part o1
the concert was conduoted by Mr.
Laycock, mnxslcal director and Miss
Mary Davidson presided at the

Presbyterian Church "The Coming
