For the past twenty years the average attendance at Normal school from Brussels would be once this. year there are sex. It don't appear very bright for positions, when you. can secure a teacher evbth a B.A. certificate for 51000, 'In candwsion I believe we have a very hard working and efficient school board, .they spend: many long hours at their meetings worrying over school business, possibly worrying more then over their own business anal with no remuneration.
