divided 40, 30, 20 and 10 per cent. Mile heats. Entry
fee, 5 per cent of purse; no deductions from winners.
There must be five entries and four to start in each race.

Entries close July 12, 10 a.m. The committee reserves
the right to change, cancel, or call off any event not filling
satisfactorily, or to make other arrangemts owing to bad
weather or other causes over which they have no control.
Trotters allowed three seconds. Not responsible for acci-
dents to patrons or horses. Horses eligible July 1st, 1939.
—Owing to the Orange Celebration being held in
Brussels, and after obtaining the consent of their committee
the Horse Races will not be run off until after the Parade
and speaking.
