Mrs. W, Baker
Was Born in Elma Township
Eighty -Two Wears Ago And
Well Known in Comunity
The funeral of the late Mrs. Wil-
liam Baker was held on Friday,
.Jeune 2nd, from the residence of her
sonanNlow, John S. Ellacott, lot 5,
concession 13, Blum, Mins. Baker
passed away Wednesday, May 31, in
her eighty-second year Rev. R. S.
Skinner of St Alban's church, of-
ficiated, and; interment was made in
Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Ethel.
The pallbearers were five grand-
sons and one nephew; Kenneth Lad•
lugton, William Coneybeare, Vance
Baker, Joe Baker, John Ellacott and
Leonard Sinclair. The flower bear-
ers were Mrs. Wm. Goneybeare,
Bather Luddington, Margaret and
Alice Baker.
Mrs. Baker was formerly Ann
Young, and was, born in Elmo, town-
ship. Her husband predeceased her
twenty-one years ago. She is sur-
vived by two sons, William and
Robert Baker of Grey Township,
two daughters, Mrs. John S. Ella-
cott and Mos. Harry Luddingtou of
Elora; three brothers, John, Wesley
and Henry Young all of Grey Towu•
ship; and nine grandchildren and
eight great grandchildren.
