Hospital Car Defence Minister J. L. Ralston, up on the ladder in this pic- ture to look over one of the upper beds in the 28 -bed casualty ward, had high praise for the third hospital car turned out by the Canadian Pacific Railway Com- pany at its Angus Shops in Montreal when he inspected it at Ottawa this month and released it for immediate service in Canada and the United States.
