The Business
Of Farming
Requires
'READY MONEY" is the common term for what
businessmen call "Reserve Funds". In any language,
"Ready Money" is a handy thing to have.
None realize this need more than a farmer ..: for in
the business of farming there are so many times that -
extra money is needed ... for bills that must be met .:
to take advantage of opportunities . . . "to turn a
dollar" with profit.
There are many times when a farmer needs "extra
money". Without a reserve fund he must either sell
something "for what he can get for it" or borrow, if
he can get a loan.
Victory Bonds provide a safe and convenient formin
which to keep savings until needed. Victory Bonds
earn double bank interest. When you have Victory
Bonds you can get a loan from any bank at any time,
without any formality, and the interest the bonds earn
pays a large part of the interest on the loan.
Victory Bonds can be bought for cash which you have
saved or bought on convenient deferred paytnents
with money as you get it
