died on or about the twenty-eighth
day of September, A.D. 1942.
TAKE NOTICE that all parties hay-
ing claims or demands against the
estate of the above deceased must
retail particttlans and proof of same to
the undersigned administrator or, to
his solicitor on or before the four-
teenth day of Noveefber, A.D. 1942,
upon. which date the said adminis-
trator will proceed to distribute the
assets with regard only to those
claims wlliclt he shall then have re-
ceived.

er motif, The tightly moulded
barque • was macre with ,a deep
heart -shaped neckline, and the sblie
gathered fulness of the skirt swepted
from the slightlydropped waist-
line. Iler veil of tulle illusion was
crested with orange blossoms, and
she carried a natural bouquet of
ewaiusona bouvardia and gardenias.
The :bride's attencl'anbs were
eiharnlit'ng figures froekecl in grace-
fol gowns of cloisonue blue and
trianon gold oxeye. The moulded
bodices were accented with soft
shirring .and the timing shirts
were fashioned with a draped front
panel. They carried natuural bou-
quets of blue eornfloiwees, roses
turd yellow 'mums, and wore clus-
tees of the same flowers in their

der and Edith Janet Davidson were

The reception was held at the
home of the bride's parents. Mrs.
B0yans, mother of the bride, re-
ceived her guests wearing a gown
of tyrol blue silk, with a hat fash-
ioned of matching ;material. ate
corsage was of coral roses and bon-
vardia. Mrs, Faille, another of the
groom. assisting with the receiving,
had chosen, for the occasion, a gown
of rarlian:t faclrsi'a crepe. Hen' hat
or a slightly sleeper shade was
fashioned of velvet. Her corsage
21105 of cyclamen. and fuchsia.
Later the bride changed into her
going -away costume, a liberty print
dress in tones of navy and rose,
over which was worn a navy coat
collared with ,hlack lamb. Navy ne-
cessaries with a corsage of scarlet
carnations, eom.pleted her costume.
The bride and groom are both grad -
nates of the University of Toronto.
and the groom is also a graduate
of Osgoode Hall.
