The A.Y,P.A. of 'St. John's church
held a social on. Tuesday evening.
The opening hymn and prayers were
followed by the installation, of offic-
ers for present teras: Pres. Miss M.
Bryan; Vice -Pres., Mrs. R. W.
Kennedy San, Mare. H. ,Stretton, and
Treas., Mrs, D.:Gowing. 'The im-
pressive installation ceremony was
condneted in the church by 'the
rector Rev. F. M. Oldham. The gath-
ering retired to the .School room
where the remainder of the meeting
was held. Minutes of the previous
meeting were read and adopted -and
business was dismissed. A. splendid
address tn. the Origin, Principles
anti Afros of the A,Y;P.A. by the
president Raa,s. followed- by a short
Program, of harmonica duets by
Harold and Donald MoCatcheon;
vooal duets by Kathleen Clark and
Frank Alcock, all of .which were
